All bakes should be stored at room temperature in an airtight container.
Bakes are made fresh to order and have 7-10 days best before date, this can be found on the bottom of each individual bake.
If you're not ready to enjoy them right away, our brownie and blondies can be frozen. For best results, freeze them as soon as you receive your order & they'll stay fresh for up to 3 months.

Please note that weather conditions can slightly change how our bakes arrive.
Cold Weather: Please note our bakes may arrive cold due to chilly transit conditions. If they do, simply allow them to come to room temperature before enjoying.
Warm Weather: If your bakes have been out in the warm weather, don't worry they'll still be perfectly fine to consume. We reccommend popping them in the fridge first, then allowing them to return to room temperature to enjoy them at their best.

Although our delicious bakes are perfect to enjoy straight out of the package, for best results, we recommend heating your bakes up.
Microwave - Heat your bake for 20 to 30 seconds.
Oven - Preheat to 180°C and warm your bake for 3 minutes.
We love to serve all of our bakes warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of our luxury dessert toppings.

All bakes are made fresh to order and shipped out on Thursday, arriving just in time for the weekend. Therefore you are ordering on a pre-order basis.
Orders will be shipped Next-Day delivery via DPD, but please note that whilst we strive for you to receive your parcel the next working day, delivery can occasionally take 2–3 working days, especially for Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland (2-day service).
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or UK bank holidays
Delivery notifications are sent over text/email from DPD.
